FOUNTAIN VALLEY

The City of Fountain Valley HOP ON Senior Mobility Program

This service provides transportation through a city contract with California Yellow Cab roundtrip transportation from Fountain Valley residents’ home to various destinations in Fountain Valley and up to one mile outside the City of Fountain Valley. This program provides curb-to-curb service on demand from 8:00am-7:00pm, seven days a week, excluding holidays. To qualify for this program you must be a Fountain Valley resident and at least 60 years of age. Applications can be obtained online, by calling the front desk at (714) 593-4446 to mail you an application, or in person at the front desk of the center (17967 Bushard St.).

HUNTINGTON BEACH

Surf City “Seniors on the Go”

This transportation program provides door-to-door service to medical appointments, shopping centers, Senior Center in Central Park and any other venue within Huntington Beach. Escorts are available for those needing extra assistance with shopping.

The Senior Center in Central Park also offers Fitness Center memberships, recreational and educational classes, hot home-delivered meals, volunteer opportunities, clubs, activities & more.

MemorialCare 55+ Program

The MemorialCare 55+ Program is a unique program for adults 55 and older that provides easy access to health and wellness information, resources and exclusive perks free of cost to members. The 55+ Program is an added benefit for patients of MemorialCare and does not affect your current insurance benefits. Your free membership to our MemorialCare 55+ Program provides you access to many valuable services.
