Follow these steps to enroll as a new patient!

Thank you for considering Edinger Medical Group as your new Primary Care Provider! We are currently accepting new patients. Our kind and caring providers look forward to helping you stay healthy. 

Becoming an EMG patient is easy. We’ll guide you step by step to make this transition as smooth as possible. 

How to Become a New Patient

Step 1: Find out if we are the right fit.

Step 2: Verify that your insurance is a match.

Click here to view a list of our accepted Health Plans. It is possible that every health plan we accept is not listed. We encourage you to call your health plan provider to verify coverage, or call our Billing department for further assistance 714-965-2578. The Billing department is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Step 3: Call to schedule an in-office appointment.

Call our office to schedule your first in-office visit! Dial 714-965-2500 and press option 1 for our Scheduling department. 

You can also communicate with our office via text message! Text our main office line to speak directly with an EMG team member if you are ever unable to reach us over the phone. 

Step 4: Complete our patient registration forms.

Be sure to give a valid email address – this is how you will access your MyEMGChart patient portal and receive email updates relating to your health and our practice. Click here to learn more about the benefits of using the Patient Portal

What to bring to your first appointment

We kindly ask that you bring your ID, insurance card, and prescription card (if you have one) to your first office visit.

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time for parking and check-in. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please call or text 714-965-2500 as you may need to reschedule.

Park in the lot just outside our office.

You may park in the Foster St. lot across the street (located on the West side of our building) or in the medical center lots on our campus. Complimentary valet parking is available.

Thinking of taking Public Transportation?

Bus 35 drops you off near our FV campus.
Bus 76 drops you off in front of our FV campus.
Bus 29 drops you off near our HB office.

We use ramps for easier access.

Handicap access to our building can be found on the NE facing entrance (Brookhurst/Talbert facing side). Take the elevator to the third floor.
